Petty Officer Issacs who suffered a head injury in the car accident several months ago, has made an astonishing recovery.
His speech is almost uninteligible but he is in a wheelchair and he is responsive. Our XO called him the other day and he was recognized!
He even laughed at the XOs jokes!
A few months ago, the doctors were saying he would never recover and gave his parents the option of cutting his feeding tube!! :o
