OK...
I went in today to get my blood pressure taken in various positions.
The average was around 137 over 79......ummm....Is this some metric version of "high" ?
Now, I still have to do this for the next two days, but It seems that getting my blood pressure taken post-immunization was the issue.
I don't know weither to be mad about the stress or embarrassed at my freaking out. (either will likely raise my BP)
Astonishingly, I have liberty today, thus, I had Christmas dinner with my family....but given the upcoming tests I ate little & avoided desserts.
I'm so glad I got most of the Christmas shopping done by November. This is the first year I got that far ahead.
