I just got out of the emergency room.
I've been unable to sit for a few days due to sciatica. I pulled something'er'other working out.
I can stand, I can lay down, I've even gritted my teeth and gone to work, but I cant sit. This morning I could not get myself into the pickup of peril.
Now I'm on a steroid and muscle relaxants.
Feh....
