Well, I aced both of my exams Friday. That gives me 3 "A"s and a "B" for the Summer.
Given both the obstacles I have had to overcome and the general skepticism from acquaintances who felt I was not smart, determined, or disciplined enough to do college, this is satisfying and cathartic out of all proportion to the actual accomplishment.
The recent news about many of my credits evaporating over the last 10 years is demoralizing, but with my GPA up and paying for college now within my means this only delays my degree.
