The US turned over Iraq to Iraquis 2 days ahead of schedule.
All those terrorist attacks planned to coincide with this...well they won't now.
I suspect that July and August will be very violent as the terrorists of all stripes must see our endeavor in Iraq fail, but this is still a happy day.
