Dove-Tail

So this dove has nested right outside my parents front door, on the porch light.

Of course being a dove, she's skittish, and whenever the door is opened roughly panics and flies off....at one point being so startled she wiped out into a bush.

THUS...

Everyone who goes to my parents house must walk slowly up to the porch, make eye contact with the dove, gingerly open the door WITHOUT BANGING IT AND SCARING THE DOVE AWAY FROM HER NEST...and gently close the storm door and slowly....gingerly close the main door.

I want a key to their back door.
