The Porkbusters inspired Transparency initiative has passed both houses!
Wow!
This is really good news!
This will create a publicly accessable database of congressional spending. It is hoped that this will put a huge dent in anonymous earmarks and pork in general.
The technical term, I believe, is "YAY"!
