Well, Yes, As a Matter of Fact That WILL Fit in my Budget....



Johnathan Goff, of Selenian Boondocks, does an interview with the Space Island Groups Gene Myers on their business proposals. In particular a really risky but potentially awesome idea to get launch costs down to....NOTHING.

OK not really, but the plan is to rent space in/on a space station at $25 a cubic foot....(there are a LOT of cubic feet in their External Tank based design)and pay for the launch of the vehicle portrayed at the left via the rent. This could seriously revolutionize things. It opens up the possibility of getting a steerage ticket or something.

VERY iffy, but VERY cool! :)
