Like more than half the nation I was horrified by the recent Supreme court decision regards Eminent Domain.

This is a complete betrayal of the principals of the Republic. WHICH PART OF THE 5TH AMENDMENT WAS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE TO THESE SUPOSEDLY LITERATE JUDGES?

These 5 Justices need to be impeached, tarred, feathered, and sent to Cuba, China, Zimbabwe, or Venuzuaela as those places seem to have govt. citizen relations far more to their liking. The citizens of the USA, fought the revolution to avoid VASTLY smaller infringements on our rights than this most basic betrayal by 5 pompous provencial passive-agressive praetorian wastes of skin that can be better used by burn victims!

This could destroy the already shaky housing market!
This will hurt the economy as owning property is now a high risk affair....as long as someone can claim they'll provide a better tax base you can get bumped.
I will be homeless......I heard on the radio today a local official poinbt out that an up-side is that they'll be able to get rid of all the trailer parks.

IT IS JUST FRACKING WRONG!!!

This is stupid, evil, dishonest (as they are supposed to be interpreting the Constitution....intentionally written to be easy to understand as the nation is supposed to be govorned by the PEOPLE, not a collection of arrogant mandarins who have naught but contempt for those THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SERVE.) and distructive.

AND DO NOT TALK TO ME AGAIN ABOUT HOW THE 'RIGHT WING' JUDGES BUSH MIGHT APPOINT ARE THE GREATEST THREAT. IT WAS THE 'WINGNUT' JUSTICES WITH O'CONNOR WHO STOOD UP TO THIS TRAVESTY. The oh-so-progressive ones gave us this. Rhenquist, O'Connor, and Thomas voted for medical marijuana too.....again to no avail.

I am beside myself over this despite the fact that I really should NOT have been surprised. I'm just not at all sure what to do. Impeachment is NOT going to happen. I can only hope that the public will wake up.
