Glenn Reynolds links to a story about the Dutch and the Counter backlash against the villificattion of Hirsi Ali.
The recent violence in the Netherlands by radical Islamists and the animal rights activists who murdered Pym Fortun seems to be causing a reexamination of a lot of previously undebateable things concerning the balance between tolerance and prudence. Many are predicting a resurgence of rightist political fortunes.
This could be good or this could be bad. I'm not up on the Politics of Holland but many of the righty groups in Europe give me the creeps.
