.......Of Course There is Always Plan B

Plan "B" doesn't involve the moon, but it interesting nonetheless. A similar North American-European trade zone was discussed for some years. I'd like to see this be a bit more straightforward than the Common Market model and perhaps have basic provisions like tarrif caps rather than the minute and odius regulations that produced.

This is actually quite intriguing given the recent EU vote.
