I looked at my blogger profile today, and noticed that it was presenting as my last posts those posts leading upto the election. A quick perusal of other such profiles turned up the same thing. This is troubling for 2 reasons...
1: Although I'm not a particularly punctual blogger, I do update from time to time.
2: Given the passions inflamed by the last election, focusing on that period of a persons blogging, is likely to only inflame differences and make it less likely for someone who looks at profiles to reach out to someone on the other side.
This may just be a glitch, but it certainly seems well designed to inflame a bit of trouble.
