SPLIT THOSE ATOMS BABY!!

Future-Pundit links to a story regarding a breakthrough in hydrogen storage that may well make hydrogen cars and other appliances practical. Breakthroughs in this area are already proceeding apace with GM planning H2 mobiles by 2010. However, their is still a need for power to generate the hydrogen. (Their are, as several people have pointed out, no hydrogen wells)

Nuclear (NOOK-OOLUUR) power is really the best option at this stage and
I was quite heartened to blunder into this overview of some of the latest designs. We really ought to start building some of these right now. The Chinese sure are.
