Josie Moyers over at Latitude 13 has graciously and promptly answered almost every question I had about Guam, its neighborhoods and quirks.
She gave far more info (all of it very useful) than I had thought to ask for.
UPS is going to let me transfer, and the efficiency I've been looking at checks out (THANKS Josie :).
I'll know in two weeks if the Coast Guard end of this equation is going to pan out!
