LOL! I knew the minute I saw Frack Me what you were talking about, without even doing the link! At least it will mean there will still be a SciFi Friday to watch when the SGs are dormant.
According to IGN (http://tv.ign.com/articles/709/709633p1.html) there is supposed to be a 10 episode web series starting that is supposed to explain the gap between the end of season 2 and the start of season three. It will be called Battlestar Galactic: The Resistance.
And in other news, there is supposed to be spin-off in the works called Caprica which will cover the events leading up to the first Cylon war (not sure if they will get into it). That is for sometime in 2007 from what I've seen.
After two months, you resign yourself to it... but man its been hard.
